Since I made that first post agreeing in ditching it I did use the artifact. It was actually somewhat useful, but not useful enough for me to ditch a globe, trip, lightning rod, mwm, or anything like that for it. Because of the delay I'm more apt to try and trans out of danger. I like that it only costs 20 adren though.

I've used it before in maps where rooms were tight and trans was hard to get out with. The artifact can actually be useful in those type of maps.
