This release is created on top of Mysterial's UT2004RPG 2.1 http://mysterial.linuxgangster.org/UTRPG/

1) Quickfoot, Null Entropy, and Freezing weapons do not appear in CTF, DOM, or BR games.

2) Druid Denial no longer gives weapons back from a `suicide command.

3) Loaded weapons now doesn't have any additional effects beyond level 2 in non invasion or monster assault game types.

4) All Druid abilities now extend a new superclass called AdjustCost that has new variables: AdjustableStartingCost, AdjustableCostAddPerLevel, AdjustableMaxLevel. These can be configured in the properties file for you server admins out there who just cant get enough control.

5) DruidVampire has been removed due to fixes in the RPG core.

6) Resurrection has been returned to ghost due to fixes in the RPG core.

7) the regular artifact monster summon has been removed due to changes in the RPG core.

8 ) the monster summon artifact & ability have had itheir configuration options for monsters removed, because the core now has the ability to specify a list directly.

9) Null Entropy no longer attempts to affect vehicles. They use karma, and therefore setting their physics model to none is just a bad idea.

10) Druid denial does not return one drop weapons. We'll see if we can do something with this in the future. Unfortunatly people were exploiting it.

11) Spider artifact has better checking for invisible walls, and knocks you off if you're on one.

Druid,

the readme file still mentions DruidGhost in the abilities section.
Isn't that ability Resurrection?
Is there still a Druid Ghost ability and you just changed the costs?

Druid can correct me if Im wrong but I believe it works like this.

[DruidsRPG163.DruidLoaded]
StartingCost=10
CostAddPerLevel=5
MaxLevel=5


And to control the costs and max level of other abilities just change 'DruidLoaded' to the class name of the ability you want to change.

Keep in mind it only works on the Abilities that come with DruidsRPG163 and not the ones that come with UT2004RPG.

It's been changed back to Ghost. Mysterial thinks he's fixed the ghost/nuke bugs so I've taken out the quick respawn code and changed it back to ghost.

Vortex has the right idea. You can configure them in the UT2004RPG.ini file by adding a section with the correct header and values. Look at the source to find out what all is available.

I found a little bug in the ghost ability.

I died while shooting my flak and started to do the ghost thing. While i was "ghosting", i went through somebody and killed them with my flak.
Its only happen that one time and iv'e died a few times already.

Just thought you should know.

one small question about ghost/reseruction
does ghost still with FHI prevent the bug that health is changed to 500 ?
or does it still change your max health to 500 ?
lemme guesse not tested..?
i'll try it out later today..

I dont know, since I just extend the ghost skill to lower the cost requirements, I dont know where you would end up.

If It's still broken, that's one for Mysterial's forum.

We dont play FHI over here any more since it knocks the server on it's can

yeah i noticed but i help out lightbringer a lot with the rpg
he also got your rpg becouse of my advice and that all becouse reseruction dindt made the health go to 500
but in this version ghost again does make it go back meaning that he proberly wil not use this version or is the reseruction ability still in there ?
just not in the readme..

He'll probably have to thieve it out of DruidsRPG155. The class is still the same name but I've gone back to Mysterial's ghost ability at the core. He fixed a lot of bugs, and IMO the Ghost ability is better the way that Myst coded it.

wel he wont be doing that i think
he just dindt update to v2.1 and v1.63
since it dindt affect things on his server anyway
and incase he would have to use a ripped version or so it would proberly be me making it

sry about double post, need the note of new post

at the ability list of the server i found these 2 new abilitys:

Loaded Artifacts Level 1=5, Level 2=10, Level 3=15 (Max Level:3)

Energy Leech Level 1=5, Level 2=10, Level 3=15, Level 4=20, Level 5=25 (Max Level: 5)

but i could not find them in druidsrpg163, are these going to be new in the next version, or are these unique to your server ?

and i think Loaded Artifacts wont even be so hard to make either


EDIT: also ive seen 2 new artifacts,
Double Magic Modifier, and Max Magic Modifier.

wich i also could not find in 163 yet.


EDIT2: on a side note, why does it say you cant have regen and adr. drip at the same time ?


EDIT3: also at the load weapons info the requirements are a lot more then they used to be, and also not aplied in 163.
