I have an N-Vidia video card and my driver which is only a few months old is 6.6.9.3
Probably a new one since then, video drivers seem to be updated very often.

good, bad, I'm the guy with the gun.

its easier than it seems .. once at the nvidia.com up near the top left side click on download drivers...

3 boxes will appear..on the bottom..
first box .click graphics
second box choose geforce and tnt
Third box choose winxp2000 when done click on the go button under box 1 ... itll bring you the latest driver for your comp .. just download it n install .. itll be version 77.72 enjoy ..

I get this message: After we finish a map and start to load the next one I'll be on a UT screen with the hints on it... but then it kicks off and gives me this. This happened to me last night and twice in a row today. I looked in my Cache for the 757 files, and found one last night and deleted it, but I'm baffled why it's doing it again when there are no more of them, any suggestions?? (I don't think those smiley's are in the error message lol)

I just recieved this error twice, I have a fresh install (unreal + entire system about 2 weeks old) v3355 patch and latest video card drivers. Everything seemed to be working fine untill tonight.

Could this be due to the recent updates not matching up (there have been alot this last week or two) I know I have downloaded the nocamp at least 2 times when connecting if that helps any.

well I don't know what's wrong with yours because i just fixed mine... hopefully for now. I did everything that mystic said, the drivers and re-installed... I completely started over in the UT files. It worked well and all of my skins were slowing down my computer too, so it was a good thing. The methods seem to work, I didn't get disconnected during a map loading... but I did notice two things that were different when I updated or re-installed
1) My weapons on the bottom of the screen did not take up the whole bottom so they looked smaller than before
2) The voice for in game chat, I used to be able to say "thx" and it'd say thanks, but now it doesn't.. it just says the letter t h x, same with "TY" for thank you, is this just the new patch 3355?
Well that's it, Thank you Mystic and Dru, and i hope you can find out what's wrong with your continuum!!!

I changed the package name between revisions so that there would be no conflict.

In addition, the code all executes on the server, so you shouldn't see any effect on the client. (Other than the messages)

Also the stack looks fairly client related.

I guess what I'm saying is that it's really really unlikely that it has anything to do with the NoCamp mutator I wrote.

The fundamental problem is this: The first word we learn as children is NO. From that point forward society teaches women that saying no isn't polite, and society teaches men to respect those who wont take no for an answer.

I did delete all of my previous files UT files so I could start on a blanck slate.. I have re-downloaded and installed a few of the regulars skins back in, but no where near to the amount I had on my computer.
So do you think I should just go back to 3339 and if I have the problems again I'll just put 3355 back on, but I remember when we were using 3355 for this server and we went back to 3339...

I'm sad to report, it did not work completely... I got this message

UT2004 Build UT2004_Build_[2005-02-15_17.02]

Since you said a skin can mess up the game, I think it may be the Shadow the hedghog skin, I've been testing it out for a few days and that seems to be about these errors have occurred so I'll be deleting this out and hope for the best

edit: it seems as if this was the problem because everything's working fine, so STAY AWAY FROM SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG!!!

well i still run at 16 bits.. everything works a little faster and easier, but hopefully the new driver won't affect anything... but do you use 3339 or 3355, because i'm thinking of going back to the 3339 patch
