While we are looking at balance issues, I thought I should bring up an issue with the xp tables.
By the time a player reaches the level to get a subclass, they are already at a point when the required xp for each level doesn't change (10,000 points.) By allowing the player to become more powerful without increasing the points to level, the players start leveling up exponentially.

The thing is though that you really dont want to increase it beyond what it is now. It already takes a long while for an average player to level up once you hit the 10k cap (About 10-15 maps). Just look on the Current Levels of everyone. 169 players at 100+ and 262 players at the point where it gets capped. Sure you have players like elite where he can easily put 3k+ from a map and level up in 4 maps but most people I see are about the 1k mark. If anything needs to be done, maybe soften the curve a little and have it cap out at 10k a little later on (around 80 or so). The worse part is the jump at level 80 where it goes from 2500 to 5700. Shift the entire curve down about 20 levels and fill the gap in from 2500 to 5700. Espically at 41-50 when its real difficult since you lose the newb bonuses and your levels are pretty much twice as long as when you had them. When you combine the two, after level 41, the leveling time increases by as much as 4 to 5 times longer since you now dont have the crutchs to back you up so you gain less xp per map.

But the cap really is fine and would be more so as by the time it capps at 10k, your pretty much well off where you maintain a rate and you have a good majority of the base skills that you need to function.

I used to use a similar curve when I hosted a server but it was more flattend out a little. Lemme see if I can find it.

Edit: I think this was it, its been awhile though. (I put the changes from DC's on the right.

Its about a 45k XP nerf but it smothed out the curve for players 40-50 which is the roughest times.

It looks like after level 40 you are just adding 200 each time.
Code:
 InfiniteReqEXPOp=0
 InfiniteReqEXPValue=200

This could be used to add the 200 for each level past the level list.
