i have seen that Am's manning a tower recive really low exp (i have seen it only in Am's class not sure in other classes) for example brandi the other night got at top 800-900 exp ( 3 engis linking) in the other hand me or anyother engi can get 1500 easily.. so im not sure if..

a)Am has not good aim
b) the Am dont get the power boost

still its really weird since brandi has good aim and a triple and adren surge so there is no way she could got that low exp..

could some1 help me testing??

(as an aditional question does turret and tower could be used in this case as synonyms?)

Alice and the Hatter: Quotes: Alice in Wonderland
Alice: What a funny watch! It tells the day of the month, and it doesn't tell what o'clock it is!
The Hatter: Why should it? Does your watch tell you what year it is?
Alice: Of course not, but that's because it stays the same year for such a long time together.
The Hatter: …which is just the case with mine.

Turret not tower.

There could be many reasons why lower xp was gained.

Some turrets have increased fire rate according to the weapon speed of the person manning it. Also the damage bonus / damage reduction are taken from the person manning it - so having the highest level manning the turret is usually the best.

Each time the turret loses health, it loses the boost from the engineers for a while. So more defense sentinels means less damage means more offensive power.

Also if an engineer is manning the turret, they might well have armor vampire or armor regen. These can repair the turret health before it notices it has taken a hit. So the boost might be more consistent.

I believe its also somewhat dependant on how many people are "linking" with that turrent. Exp is somewhat shared between all Eng's linked that turrent so the more being linked, the less xp per person per kill. The benefit comes from being able to do more damage and kill mobs quicker. Brandi could of just been missing several shots and not killing as fast. The more people linking, the quicker the kills need to be to keep xp gains the same.

I was in several of those games and Brandi's score wasnt that much higher then everyone else's. That shows that the kills were slow. 1400 score to several other people with scores near 1000 wont have a high xp total since i think there was like 3 or 4 of you linked up at the time spliting the XP nearly 3 to 4 ways.

Edit: Also the person manning the turrent should be able to keep gaining the spree bonues each wave. Those make up a good chuck of the turret person's xp that isnt shared.
