Well I have been using this computer and playing this server since 2005 until now and no problems so far but the new patch is creating me a lot of errors only when im using my engineer but If u buy me new memory Ill be glad to receive it

hmmm and what type of mem? I got some 100 and 133 mem chips around here someplace

I've noticed a few "ragdolled" Jacobs standing still around the maps lately
they don't move,but have health and you can shoot them could this be part of the problem ?
I'll try to remember to grab a screeny or 2

i dont think those "jakobs" are the problem, i have seen them before the update, ( i must say, i kill them.. they often trow a good wepon, which i pick specially when im on my AM)

I have also noticed the stationary jacob that you can kill. On two occasions, i have also seen a single monster that is still alive after the wave has finished. like when the timer is counting down. First time was an Ice krall the second was a metal skaarj.

what about the un-killable bug at end of map?! blats away and its still alive!

I've seen a leftover stuck lifeless monster before, even on other servers iirc.

I hadn't clicked about the lifeless Jakob though, I've seen those occasionally too. I always thought they were someone who had crashed out and their shell became an enemy player. And yes, I murder and rob them also.

Do others also often see a crouching player on the map in one location throughout the entire game, which isn't really there? I mean you can walk right through him. I swear there's one on almost every map if you look out for it.

I wonder if the lifeless Jakobs get created on a clientside crash? Does the number increase as the map goes on?

they are bots that have dropped out so depends on reconnecting players usually

I usually see these a lot when I played. I think it is caused by a bot ghosting. This also applies to ghosting bots that are just sitting in the map.

since i started playing dc again i have been experiencing similar "general protection faults" every day i play. I was starting to think it was because of my computer but now that its happening to everyone hmm..... I get the most crashes when i'm about to die but now i think it's fixed.
