Having Huge Issues

Ok i have been at this for the past few days on my server and i am just getting mad now. I am having constant issues not with your mutator but with all of them in general.

I really dont even want to try to fix it at this point, if i give someone my FTP login information and web admin info will someone please just get the basics working such as:

DruidsRPGv2.00
DruidsMutator
UT2004RPG
SatoresMonsterPack

If someone could just get those working for me where i am not having any issues that would be amazing, willing to even pay at this point.

Some of the issues include when i change map the mutators are taken off of the list and i have to reset them, and they will not take changes such as getting rid of a stat cap of 80 for damage bonus. Also none of the classes are working and magical weapons is not working either.
