Electromagnet FOV

While I was messing with the electromagnet on my AM today, I was reminded of the reason no one uses the artifact. Only being able to look about 30 degrees upward from whatever wall/ceiling you are on really kills the functionality. A full freedom of view while using electromagnet would be cool.

Of course, this is probably one of those "we would change it if we could but it's a part of the core code" issues. But by all means, tell me I'm wrong.

Oh yeah, and you always get called out of bounds after a few seconds. Could electromagnet null the out of bounds thing like Boots of Flight do?
