I was looking at the example of the ut2004rpg.ini file included with version 2, specifically

InfiniteReqEXPValue=0
LevelDiffExpGainDiv=100.000000
and the individual levels & numbers. Is this what schedule you are running on your server? I've always had trouble understanding this value. Currently I have mine set on 1 and 5% but some of the high level players get into rediculously high experience necessary to level. Does your above settings give some balance between low and high level players?
It is. The reason the amount of experience doesn't increase is because the manually-set experience levels go way up to 10000, and they stay there and don't increase (hence the 0 increase amount).
Speaking of which, what formula did you (Druid) use to make that list of numbers? It seems impossible to have made the list off the top of your head.
