rpg addons

urm guys, i was wondering how to add in more abilities to the rpg mutator. what programs do i need? ot just notepad?

because currently i'm trying to add in more abilities, magical weapons and skins. how do i create them

You only need notepad, and probably UnrealEd.exe which is in your system folder.
