I think I remember Druid saying that he had been thinking about an engineer class at some point so.... I thought a thread for ideas for it might be in order (maybe)
First some of the more generic ideas.
1. Turrets: Be able to buy different "skill" levels to upgrade turrets. Building turrets could cost adren or ammo (ammo could be dependent on type of turret or skill level purchased ect..)
2. Teleporters: 1st level could be a random location, 2nd level you could have two teleporters that would teleport between each other. 3rd level have 2 sets maybe.
3. In ONS maps engineers could repair vehakles faster (cost ammo or adren + having a skill with about 3 lvls) not really usefull unless people start playing ons more
4. Weapons Lockers: Probably best for higher lvl enginear, skill lvl 1 would dispense 2-3 standard weapons (maybe random selection), lvl 2 would generate 4 weapons... levels could continue like this until at top level they would dispense the avril... maybe work out a way to "build" a deemer as a seperate skill.
5. Pickup locker: skill lvl 1 would make things like shield packs or health (mayble just shields to let the medics do their thing), at higher lvls there would be a chance for dbl damage ect. Also there would be a recharge time (or the locker would have x amount before needing to be refilled or self destructing) so "camping the locker" wouldnt be a problem.
