"AA" System for the 300+ guys

Sorry Grizzled, I did not mean to sound like I was attacking your suggestion. It was a valid thought about high levels helping low levels, and I needed to think about it, and justify that what I was proposing was sensible.

I have the difficult job of balancing what I fancy, what I think is in line with Druid's ideals, what others want, and what will make the game more balanced and fun for everyone.

In particular Druid before has expressed reservation about helping high level players. So I need to make sure there are no flaws in what I suggest.
