boosting vs healing

Yes i do find this problem a tad annoying at times. I actually sometimes hide somewhere secluded and then use booster in a hope that a medic won't find me and heal me, thus cancelling my booster. Also, if im healed and my booster is cancelled out, i would hurt myself with a flak/RL to bring my health below 400 so i can get shields. Max health with max shields is better than just max health from a medic with no shields.
