That's a good one babe! They used to do something similar to this at Disneyland and DisneyWorld. They would have people dressed up to look like trees and bushes. So, when someone would walk by, they would grab their hat or tap them on the shoulder. The other one was the human statues. These people really looked like statues. They were like a really milky white color all over. People complained and now they don't do it anymore.
