This release is created on top of Mysterial's UT2004RPG 2.1 http://mysterial.linuxgangster.org/UTRPG/
Download from here: http://www.disastrousconsequences.com/dc/download.jsp
This release represents a major shift for Adrenaline & Artifact skills by including a new ability Loaded Artifacts
Adrenaline skills are now an exclusive path from the Loaded weapons path.
On the way to loaded weapons, you get things like Regeneration and Vampire, but on the way to Loaded Artifacts, you get things like Adrenal Drip, Adrenal Surge, and Energy Leech.
Loaded Artifacts starts you with artifacts, and also includes a couple of special artifacts not available elsewhere in the Game:
Max Magic Modifier, and Double Magic Modifier.
Max Magic Modifier turns whatever the currently selected magic weapon is into its best form. Your Draining Link -2 becomes a Link of Energy +3.
Double Magic Modifier takes your standard +10 vorpal and changes it into a +20 vorpal while your adrenaline holds out. Imagine bonking monsters around with your Minigun of Knockback +12
More information on these skills can be seen here: http://www.disastrousconsequences.com/dc/rpgfaq.jsp
This new path closes a number of known exploits when combining Loaded Weapons with the adrenaline abilities.
Other significant changes:
You may now combine the Ultima and Ghost abilities.
Energy Leech skill added
Adrenal Drip drips faster
Bugs fixed:
Ghost will now respawn you at a start point if it cant find somewhere reasonable.
There were a number of bugs where Ghost in combination with the physics changing weapons would create odd side effects.
Adrenaline related skills generally dont work when an artifact or combo is active.
Fixed a problem where AdrenalDrip would stop dripping after you Alt Fired a redeemer.

The fundamental problem is this: The first word we learn as children is NO. From that point forward society teaches women that saying no isn't polite, and society teaches men to respect those who wont take no for an answer.

From 169 to 170 all that changed was fixes for skill descriptions that were inaccurate.
Such as Adrenal Drip not telling you that you had to have 25 in adrenaline max for each level you want to buy.

I think you did something wrong there,
unless people are 66+ then its normal if you've used druidRPG.ini
thats just a easy copy of his server rpg.ini

Are the people over level 60something? Try it as a new character name, I suspect you'll find that your exp isn't 10k.
You can change the exp back the old way if you like. This is just how we run it here.

I'd encourage you (for reasons of compatability, extensibility, reliability, and... uh... superfluibility.) to take a somewhat different path than just changing the code.
I'd suggest that you extend the class you wish to override and change just the methods you need in your overridden class.
Barring that, if you do change the base code, please rename the package, otherwise we're going to run into all sorts of conflicting .u files.
As long as we dont conflict, I dont mind if you hack up the source.

The properties of interest are:

<snip>
InfiniteReqEXPOp=0
InfiniteReqEXPValue=0
<snip>
Levels=0
Levels=15
Levels=20
Levels=25

oke, but it has its own package name and such,
and AFAIK, there are no conflicts either.
because there are quite a bit of changes on a lot files,
i decided to just put all abilitys together, and repack.
it saves me a lot of trouble searching for something etc etc.
but thanks that i may still run it
