I thought with fewer players came fewer monsters. If that is true then the problem takes care of itself.

I tough the same. Thats why i always tough that Prime time only record thing is ridiculous.

I would put 10+ Minimum. Not more.

Broke my old personal best last night by about 300,

Thanks guys, Rocket and Zender and I watched each others backs on the harder waves and it worked Awsome

Here's my best so far with LA char. This is at level 57. This char was quite a grind from 30 - 50 but is now starting to get good.

Thats great 320, I can't get more than like 250 to 350 with that many players on!

haha Broke my high score!! mind you this is with the double xp thing up, but I don't know for sure if that affects the score you get or not..but it looks like I had a pretty good day

Well folks, I have had several games where my high score was in the 600+ range, but I finally got one which amounted to a OMG!!! While waiting on a build to complete for work so that I could pick apart the commands to alter how we build our switching software, I popped in for a single game during the mid-day. I started several waves in on Elegance, but got really lucky on my weapon makes, after days of making so much brown bovine byproduct. Piercing Flak +6 about 30 seconds in, followed soon by a Rage RL +10. I think I may have even lucked out and got a vamp shock, but cannot remember, as SSAngelEyes was providing great healing support (thanks Angel!!! could not have done this one without your help). As it was, it was down to me on wave 14, where I made very heavy use of the flak, rl and the globe (no way was it running throughout the wave though, as I ran out several times and had to prime the pump, so to speak), and we all died in wave 16, but the screen shots are here on my page on the BEL clan site. (SPECIAL NOTE: This may not work with Firefox or some other of the really new browsers!

The software I am using is a bit dated, but I know it works with IE, Netscape and Mozilla). Of particular importance are Shot01812 through short01814, and you can see my starting XP in Shot01811.

Mind you, before you start using this as yet another reason to nerf the flak, rl, triple (unused), globe, LA, or anything else, please note. My recent norm during this doubling has been around 450-500 with perhaps 800-1000xp per map. A really good map, I might get a score around 550-600 with around 1500xp. Take away the doubling, and who knows what this might be.

I am just wondering how repeatable it will be. I think the keys to that score were

1) SSAngelEyes healing (lots of it)
2) A fairly tight map, which restricted the attacks (which is not the big open maps which are what I normally like, maybe from my days of sniping and rocket sniping in DM/CTF/LMS )
3) My extreme luck in getting my top 3 regular weapons with what are right now probably my 3 most favorite magics, pretty much from the get-go.

It may be that I am right at a tipping point, and once I get through my plan of maxing my adren and damage bonus, along with perhaps a level or two more of leach, I may end up back as one of the top players on the server more consistently (before the RPG, I was probably in the top quarter most of the time, but that was obviously a different crowd as well). But I suspect that my norm, without the doubling, will probably be back around 500-600 right now.

My highest score as of yet (On my medic).

I used a medic rocket, and a globe (for wave 12). No triple whatsoever.

I got a total of roughly 5k experience that map. I was tied with James up until about wave 13.

Mind you, I was also level 40 with some really messed up stats.

I thought I should post my highest score so far also. It was on Tundra-Classic, while I was a level 85 medic.
