hmm..
Aqua.. are we making a resume for you to go get a job somewhere else, or are we making a resume for your new business?
They'd be totally different kinds of resumes. The resume for your business should boldly define what you can do and what experience you have. This will help build the confidence of the potential customers. You must have their confidence, else things will never fly.
And remember above all... Customer Service is #1. People always say it, but most don't even know the meaning of it. You have to keep your focus on the big picture. Even if you know you're going to lose a bit of money taking care of that customer, the advertisment that you'll be putting out by means of the 'word of mouth' can carry you well. The opposite is true also.
Think about how many times you've gone somewhere, purchased a good or service and it was very poor. How many people did you tell about both?
=)
(sorry, I was a customer service auditor, so it's my passion)

I have had at least 40 clients in the past three years and I am proud to say they were all happy with my work.
Most of those clients are from word of mouth from one client to a new client. So yes I understand how important customer service is.
My rules of business.
Honesty first.
fix the problem quickly
explain or educate on what caused the problem and how to
keep it from happing again.

Great.
Now, is the resume for you or the business?
