You know, I figured Cham's been working so hard to keep us all entertained, I thought I might do some of my own.

We were having a nice little discussion about Yoga tonight and he decided to try one of the poses out. He then took a picture and sent it to me.

I just had to share....

What is standing on your arms like that supposed to achieve? It can't be very relaxing.

And there is always the blood pressure to the face... I mean... how red can it get before it turns purple?

Ok, one of them chimed in finally!! You and cplmac are the two I've been waiting for. I feel like a moron basically, but hearing what you two have to say is worth it. Yes, my face was pretty red

ops: I think I can hold it for longer then I did, though.
