Bugs fixed in this release:

v0rTeX found an exploit with with knockback and null entropy guns.

This also fixes some logspam with DruidLoaded & quickfoot

If you use a weapon maker on a slowfoot weapon you may end up forever slow.

New feature in this release:

DruidsRPG153.DruidArtifactSpider (In game it's the Electro-Magnet) it lets you run on walls and the roof while your adrenaline holds out.

I had the most fun by not telling my players what it did and letting them find out.

DruidsRPG153.DruidVampire This is a quick fix of the UT2004RPG.AbilityVampire so that you can no longer vampire of friendlies, or get an exp point for headshotting an ally.

Perhaps I'm setting it up wrong, but here are a few things that happened on a test server with 153:

Change game type from invasion to LTS, I had loaded level 5, all the sudden I cannot pick up weapons and I only have shield and assault. Server said that I had Loaded but it is not available, so stat points refunded.

I switched to ONS map and then I could buy Loaded again.

Another thing, I bought the resurection, loaded, and denail to max levels. In the ONS map, I used link and died. when it said "resurrected" I still had the link(from denial). I switch to any other weapon and try to go back to link, I cannot bring up my link again. I can not pick up a new link either. When I die again, sometimes I got back the weapon I had originally when I died from denial, other times I get back the 2nd weapon I died with (after the resurrection) and sometimes I just start fresh with all new weapons.

What can I do so that it is not like this? I had version 139 working fine and replaced all the items mentioned in the txt file.

My knee jerk reaction is that DruidsRPG153 isn't in your ServerPackages list. It sounds like it didn't get downloaded ot the client, so the only weapons you could see or interact with were ones that weren't from DruidsRPG...

There's nothing special in the code that disables loaded weapons, unless magic weapons aren't enabled (Magic Weapon chance of 0%)

I cleared out any cache and I don't have any mutator installed on either client I tested from.

When I join invasion, all seems fine. When I switch to Last Team Standing, on the server it says:

New Player bushbomb id=cdkeyhashhere
Ability DruidsRPG153.DruidLoaded was in bushbomb's data but is not an available ability - removed (stat points refunded)

And in the UT2004RPG.INI file it now says RemovedAbility instead of Ability for the Loaded. If I switch map types, the ability comes back. This is somewhat of a hassel to re-buy loaded, but the big thing is, when in LTS and the ability doesn't show up, I can only use the shield and the assault rifle, I cannot pick up any weapons, and at the bottom of the hud it indicates I have them all. The console does not say that I get any weapons but shield and assault.

I've verified that the 153 is in the server packages as well as the download packages in the mutatorconfig.ini which specifies which packages for which game types. Same INI as I used with 139, but with all the changes mentioned in the readme file from 153.

Without touching the INI, when I start a LTS map the loaded ability is prefixed with "RemovedAbility" and simply switching to Invasion it comes back. Every time I switch between the two, it comes and goes. Is this by design? Is there a way to always have it stay so players do not need to re-buy it every time?



Okay, I just checked the magic weapon chance.....When I go to LTS, it changes it to 0.000000 and when I move back to Invasion, it goes back to 0.333333 (default).....so when you say it may get removed because of the magic weapon chance, that makes sense, but why would the magic weapon % change to Zero on LTS (other game types too, just focusing on this for now)?
bMagicalStartingWeapons=True toggles to False with LTS as well.

Yup you've got what's going on here.

It ends up getting disabled because there are no magical weapons in your game type. You probably should know that all sorts of other things in UT2004RPG get disabled/messed up if magic weapons are at 0% I'd solve this by making it 0.000001% or something...

Ok we've found some bugs with this release... I'll fix them as soon as I have time.

The biggest is that quickfoot/slowfoot is broken.

There's a possible exploit with Loaded Weapons (Bushbomb found this one). It's clearly cheating, but I'm not quite sure what to do about it...

v0r discovered that the confg in tue UT2004RPG for loaded weapons isn't as dynamic as it's supposed to be.
