getting d/c during gameplay or gpf's

if your playing the game and bam ..u get disconnected or a gpf! general fault protection error only while playing ut ..something corrupted a file...no biggie...

i talked to atari support ect ..

heres what you do to fix the problem ..

1 totaly erase all UT2004 files everything! triple check through system search... and remove them all

2..reinstall the game..do not install dx8 if u have dx9 already....proceed as u normaly would

3.after installation .restart your comp.

4. go online and download patches .... 3339 ..3355 and ece bonus pack v1.1 < do not download the first ece bonus pack... only the v1.1

5..install 3339 .. then ece bonus pack v1.1 ... then patch 3355... all you need... in that order!!

6 .now since its installed properly. in this order 3339,, ece bp v1.1,, and 3355 your good to go .. if u recieve any errors past that its comp related not ut.. hope it helps enjoy
