Dirt: PS3

Boingo, my cutey, got me 'Dirt' for the PS3 on Valentine's Day. It is a racing game that does various types of styles. There is rally, rally cross, hill climb, offroad truck and a few others.

Graphics: This is probably the best part of the game. The graphics are really sharp and detailed. The game runs smooth with no jumping.

Sound: The sound is pretty good. The only car that I have experience driving in the game is the Subaru STi and it actually does sound like one with the boxer engine sound.

Gameplay: The game is really fun! I have a hard time still using the controllers, so it is hard to drive for me. However, I still enjoy it and the different types of racing on the game make it interesting because you don't just do the same thing over and over again. There are a lot of different cars to try out, though I don't have that many yet. You have to buy them. I've only bought the Subaru and I just had to since I have one

. I haven't tried the online playing yet, but if your PS3 is connected to the internet and you're in the game, it gives you current updates on who has the fastest times on particular tracks, highest tops speeds, longest jump, etc.

I played the demo on Dirt and if I were inclined to play racing games that did not include weapons I would have bought it.

the game is very pretty and the physics seem balanced.
