Halo 3

Welll halo 3 hits the world today ..Everywhere you turn its halo 3 this and that and well...me lacking 360 and halo 3 means Im missing out on all the action..

So I was just curious if anyone here has gotten/played halo3 yet..?

And if you want whats your opinion on the (storymode)game play..Prolly pretty dang awesome but eh?..Ive only got screen shots for now..o.0...

Well, I actually played it a few days before it was released, though I am not gonna say how. I just wish I had the money to buy the game today, but I'm about $40 short. Guess I'm just gonna be a bum and play multiplayer with someone who does own it until I buy it. Can't wait to try the campaign mode though.

I am Master Chief! Too bad Microsoft's so money hungry they won't release it for the pc.. yet (or soon). Why buy it for the console when you have a PC and that's better mutliplayer anyway.. Oh, wait, that's right, to promote the stupid console market and their stocks in them.. /end rant
O well...., wait! What's that? Unreal engine 3 is gonna be better? I think so. I just want the helmet.

Got it at 8 am local time, played legendary for a few hours. Nice difficult game play.

Beautiful graphics, First halo I have played.

2 things I find not perfect.

1. some of the terrain looks glisteny like it has been smeared with oil.

2. you only pick up ammo you come across with the weapon in hand.

Overall definite thumbs up!

It looked pretty cool from the videos I've seen. I think it is kinda wierd how they have a 'Halo Edition Xbox 360'.

Why buy it for console?..I prefer the console I admit Thats why i have an Xbox for halo 1 and 2..i had halo 1 on PC for bit...but on xbox I found the play so much fun..

ALSO Halo 2 took a loooooooong while to come out to the PC ..a rlly long time AND its only compatiable with their new version of windows(vista..o.0) .so either way they will make u buy their products 2x fold ..unless u circumvent it by illgal means...aka mod/emulators....

Only pick up ammo for gun in hand ?
Thats new to game play then..like equipment and 4 player coop..
(ie Halo is base line ...Then Halo 2 tossed in new abilites like hijacking vehcles, duel wield weps and new weps/vehicles of course )
With halo 3 Those are to add to ' realism' ie the thing that makes me like halo so much as its a completly impossible possible game..o.0
The things like meleeing with ur gun duel wielding but if you need to throw a ' nade u need to drop one, Reload..(Ive played halo PC live..reload is veyr useful in stragy...

Well halo is huge franchise Xbox exclusive..so of course it has its own consoel...many ppl have bought inot the xbox bcause of halo and games of other companies have coped it ina attmept to gain glory..example of this infulence is gears of war i Belive ...
They are gonna play off the halo card for a bit...

Well Halo 2 PC is exclusive for vista....so prolly it will be for vista/ w/e new operating system...It will be a while...so eh Time will tell

Halo 3 is the reason why I haven't been able to play DC for the past few days, so I don't really have a positive opinion about it. My network is so clogged with halo traffic that my ping doesn't go below 500

Thats why I have been able to earn a little experience the last couple of days.
