Ultima is damaging friendly sentinels, and probably turrets too, though I have no verification on that. I can't tell how to decide a friendly turret since I don't understand how they're implemented with base, object, and controller.

GhostUltimaCharger.c has code to check for teams, but it's not working. Lines are 30-32, or maybe an easy check can be hooked in at 43.
