Updates to Lightning Bolt and Beam

Changes submitted to cvs for the Lightning Bolt and Beam.
Beam now costs 10 adrenaline for a miss.
Beam and Bolt now run the double and triple damage in a more consistent manner (doing triple damage for x adrenaline, rather than the previous do triple damage, then try to reclaim three times x adrenaline which the player didn't have).

Energy leech also updated so that it only works on weapon damage, and so will not include damage from the bolt and beam.
