Druid's PlayerAgreement problems ...

I installed and got the Druid's PlayerAgreement working on a local machine, and after finishing off the agreement to suit our needs, uploaded all the files to our servers. All settings, inis etc, are identical to the working local ones, but on the server, once i join, the screen just flickers at the top for a second, and the agreement doesn't come up. Although hitting join from the browser I am suddenly spectating. Looking at the live log on the remote machine, I see the log indicates that a request for the player agreement has been made. But again, nothing comes up on the client side. Any ideas what could be causing this? Have I missed something?
