Eject needs to protect the ejected from vehicle explosion damage...  XML

I think when eject is activated, it needs to protect the player from the damage for a few moments...

I have committed an untested change to EjectedInv that should resolve this problem by making the ejector immune to vehicle explosion damage for 5 seconds upon eject.

I *think* it's safer to handle the modifiy damage using the ModifyDamage method on the skill itself, for 5 seconds after the inventory is dropped...

Anyone know?
