What other games do you play?

Just wondered what everyone else plays. I am hard to find these days because of this:

(Yes. I'm a catgirl who is half the size of a chocobo).

I've become a slave of FFXI Online. I'm on Hades, in Windy, if anyone plays. I also play Natural Selection a bit (fun HL mod) and I just beat Half Life 2. At any given time I can be seen playing Doom, also. I worship id Software.

I'm still playing online games of Halo (PC version), Far Cry and Doom 3.

In terms of offline play, I'm trying to work my way through the following:

Perimeter
Chronicles of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay
Vampire: The Masquerade
Half-Life 2
Toca 2
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS2)

Half of those mentioned above haven't even been installed yet!

I used to play Command and Conquer renegade (crappy game) because of the community, then I moved to ut2k4. On GBa I play final fantasy 1&2 because it rocks. I also annoy people on Halo 2 Xbox Live. (name: tidu). I have battlefield vietnam adn was looking to reinstall it after i restore my computer, because my new video card will make the game more enjoyable. and when I do play it, i won't do more than ride around in the buggy blasting "WAR: WHAT IS IT GOOD FOR?"

guild wars looks like a good game too. I played in a weekend beta for it and it was fun. It's also the only free MMO. Anarchy online is also free now, until 2006, so I might look into that.

I just got HL2 for christmas from my wife (told you she would come through for me shan!!!) Just really started it. But i been playing video games since i was a kid, eveything from doom to infinite worlds, Quake to the original nes zelda (now those were grafix....

As for me, I am a one-addiction-at-a-time kinda girl. When we have nodefests (LAN parties), I enjoy playing Starcraft. In the recent past, I played Diablo2, Warcraft3, and Kohan.

As for before that, I've played lots of games, on Nintendo, SuperNES, Playstation, Sega Genesis, and PCs. My first game ever was Wizardry on my little PC Jr.

At home pretty much just ut. Although I have doom3 and hl2 I refuse to succomb to the peer pressure and play them. I like to focus my attention on one game. When the DOF's Lan its ut, ghost recon, starcraft, and whatever current iteration of command and conquer is making the rounds. Medium atari 400/800 fan. And of course most of the classic NES stuff cause it came out when I was in school. Oh and soccer, football, and wrestling.

The only other game I play is pretty much DWI. "Dance With Intensity" is a Dance Dance Revolution simulator for the PC. Of course most of the time I just use my keyboard to play. If you think that's sad, it's nothing compared to this fact: I've been playing DWI for over 3 years now. 3 whole years, and I still play the darn thing.

Of course if it were not for my love for that game, I never would have spent more than two years screwing around in photoshop.

We (a group of us that has been playing for over 5 years) are playing Worlds of Warcraft now. Before that we did Dark Age of Camelot and Asheron's Call before it. We started with Quake2 and I continued with Quake3. UT was just a novelty so I never played it much even though I kept up with the series. Honeslty, if I hadn't found this server and the RPG mod, I probably would have already removed UT2K4 - so thanks Shan & Druid for the fun server/mod

I play UT almost exclusively, having gotten hooked on it when we used to play at work during lunch. Every once in awhile I have played games like Xpilot, and occasionally enjoy Xconq, which is a strategy game like Risk, and which is based off of an old VAX/VMS game called Empire. Over the years, I have also played games called hack (aka rogue among other names), and trek, as well as adventure. Indeed, at OSU, we wrote some of the first multi-player versions of trek and hack.

In terms of non-computer games, I also enjoy playing chess (back around 92, I had a rating around 1600-1700), and have played a few games of killer Risk over the years, at least until my friends got tired of being slaughtered.
