the AdjustableCost code is getting ganked

This was a mistake from the beginning. Since we've shown people how to override the classes themselves, this code is unruly, hard to use, error prone, and I'm done with it. I'm gutting it.

I'm only fixing the stuff in the DruidsRPGcvs module, so this may break things elsewhere, however the fix is fairly easy.

yeah, please. I haven't run a compile yet, so it's possible I've got some idiot errors. If you find em, fell free to fix em.

Fixed.

I'll back off coding for now since you're actively working and I don't know what files you have open. I've made some final changes to AbilityMedicAwareness and will commit once I can test them
