Proposed New Skill: Armor Vampire  XML

I am proposing a new ability called Armor Vampire.
Basically the same as the Vampire ability, but instead of increasing the instigator's health, it increases the armor of the vehicle or turret the instigator is in.

If the instigator is not in a turret or vehicle, it does nothing.

Probably available only to Engineers, but possibly Weapons Masters also.

This makes a big difference to the usefulness of turrets. Without it, it is unlikely that a turret will last a wave. With it, you can keep the turret going - certainly through the early waves. A titan will always take out a turret.
