Invasion monsters sometimes get lost, or end up too far away from players to be found. Worse, sometimes they spawn right on top of a player.
The idea behind the Monster Mover is that when a monster is too far from a player, they are moved closer to a player. Also when monsters are spawned or moved, they start out a reasonable distance from the player.
The fundamental problem is this: The first word we learn as children is NO. From that point forward society teaches women that saying no isn't polite, and society teaches men to respect those who wont take no for an answer.
