Heya everyone. I just wanted to put this up here that there is in fact a new server, and it will be going to the co-lo sometime soon.

We ran into an issue with the fake hardware raid onboard the system, and had to pick up a 3ware card to compensate.

It should be coming in the next couple weeks.

It's getting closer. Shantara and I played a game with 26 players (2 humans) on Monster Assault, AS-RobotFactory

As you all know the final room is constantly laggy due to the volume of monsters.

The new server took the pounding like a true boxer. We didn't see any perceptible lag spikes, and in the meantime the server was cranking on building a local copy of the redirect (3.4gb of compressed files for all the installed unreal files)
