diet coke and mentos!

Well Wombat found this and i thought i should share with all of you! If you have ever been to vegas and seen the bellagio fountains then you will prob like this! I never knew what the combo of mentos and diet coke could do, but i know im ganna have to try it! Enjoy!

Anyway, that experiment is cool, I saw that about a month ago somewhere else and came in to work (I work at a school) and told one of my co workers "hey, want to try a new twist on a coke?" (this guy is always for new beverages and foods...) "Try a minty fresh coke, add a mint mentos....."

Came back the next day a little irrate, as he plopped that minty freshness into his nice newley bought and cold bottle of coke.....in the parking lot of the convient store! He still hasn't gotten all of the stickyness out of the car yet....LOL (I did feel a little bad, so I bought him a bottle of ArmorAll car cleaner.)

I must say that Dru and Happy Dave have now independently verified this experiment, with me as an objective 3rd party observer. This means that it *is* as much fun as it looks in the video. Although they only bought 4 bottles... but what can you do. That crap's expensive!

I have personally concluded that this is the only good use for diet anything. It all tastes equally bad.

My secondary conclusion is that the true coolness of such a feat would be to get paid for doing it. One way or another tho, very neato!

Now my friends an I have been wondering for the longest time... What happens if u drink the diet soda and then eat mentos..?? None of my friends would try it so we still dont know
