well when i open the folder when i d/l a skin most of them have no textures folder or systems folder they just have a piece of paper with the internet e on it... and i have just put all of them into system and when i pick the skin it is all white with only the head colorful... and u guys help me

I don't know what the paper thing is but the files go in these directories:
FILE.utx-(Textures Folder)
FILE.ukx-(Animations Folder)
FILE.upl-(System Folder)
FILE.u-(System Folder)
FILE.int-(System Folder)
