The server does not auto-upload or auto-download skins - to see someone's skin, you'll have to download it from the links provided and install it yourself.

Generally, a skin is posted in this forum when someone decides to use it. So, if it's here, at one time someone who frequents the server used it.

Whether or not they still do is less certain.
