Looking for a Doctor Who skin

I know many of you have no doubt spent many many more hours going through skin sites than I have. After all, UT comes with a skin which looks close enough to me that I have used it since the skin was first released by Epic (with a brief exception to play with a Borg skin, when folks including myself were joking about everyone being assimilated by BEL clan). But...I am thinking that when I start my medic player, I may do something different...so my request....

I am wanting to find a Doctor Who skin, preferably for Tom Baker (but Peter Davidson or maybe even Christopher Eccleston would do).

And if we were wanting opponents with attitude...we could throw in a Dalek or two...but their beam weapon was definitely insta-gib, so chances of survival would be quite low....
