I bought my first Harley this morning and I may be on the road quite a bit for the first few weeks!

Sweet ride Fodder, I have a 1979 XLCH, so, like what you got only different.

LOL, I will post pictures when I take some. It snowed yesterday morning while I was riding......BRRRRR

You'll notice the shifter is on the left, it took some getting used to, but it's all cool now. We've been lucky here in Indiana, it's been 70's and 80's for four days now! Usually it's no go until June.

The shifter on my Suzuki was on the left, but my next bike will be a Harley. Hopefully an older drag/hard tail styled bike like Harley Davidson and the Marlboro Man. My buddy got his dream job last year working as a mechanic at one of the local Harley dealers.

Cool bike

Umm... I realize I haven't ridden motorcycles in over 10 years... but my last one (Ninja) had the shifter on the left side... is that not normal?
