I have been unable to play on Disastrous Consequences and visit this website, due to my Firewall blocking the server. The two intrusions are :
MSSQL Packet Resolution DoS All communication with DisastrousConsequences.com will be blocked 208.186.100.30
Port Scan from 208.186.100.30
This has happened on my old pc too, anyone had these same intrusions

i pinged the ip ..its not a domestic /or resident ..
looks like one of them updaters might have gone hay wire ..make sure ur firewall allows full access to unreal. and block all non reconizable process's ,, also run anti spy ..i found windows anti spy works best..
after ur anti-spy runs run ur virus scanner.. u might have a hijacker file in ur comp ... its not dangerous but you should get it out ...
good luck bud.

My firewall did something similar. I had to allow the IP address of DC to my computer because my firewall was blocking DC's IP. My firewall brings up a list of blocked IP addresses that I can then allow.

Ya need to be more specific Ooo. What fire wall are you using?
Try turning it off or uninstalling it. I had ZoneAlarm and though it did its job, it had some major issues with Windows, so I uninstalled it and gave it to my mom. Muahahahaha

Maybe try forwarding DC's ip address to force it through the firewall?

Ooo,
It's unlikely that DC is trying to hack into your PC but if you want to play have your firewall block Port 1434 which is the port associated with the MSSQL worm it's detected. You can read more about it at http://www.symantec.com/avcenter/attack_sigs/s20533.htm. Since you don't run MSSQL I don't see this as a high threat.
Regards,
The Count
