Ive had this job for over a year, ive always had problems more focused on GOING to sleep rather then staying alseep. My old job was perfect for it as it didnt start until 2pm. I've tried everything on this site

some will work one night, some not at all, just like it says.
I've stopped taking Melatonin, not because its had any bad side effects, or that its causing any other problems, (im thinking the migranes I had were unrelated) but just because like some of you, I just hate having to take any kind of medication. Im going to reserve it for occational use, when I know I'll have to be up earlier than normal and need a full nights sleep.
I've just stopped trying to care about it so much. Im not getting any more sleep (actually less) but im more awake at work (at least today). I'll just have to deal with it, it has its perks =)
