A couple of items which BEL clan found out the hard way...

1) Every member needs a say in who joins. Without this, it is quite possible that you end up with major personallity conflicts.

2) It is a good idea to have a trial period before the final decision. This gives folks a chance to see how the new candidate will work out...hopefully. One thing we original BELs recognized, however, is that nothing stops someone from being on good behaviour until after they are in.

3) Kids as full members is a "Bad Idea (TM)". Their immaturity is often the source of problems.

So far my favorites are FLN(fight like nali) or DLD(despotic legion of doom).
The only problem with FLN is how well it would crossover to other games.

ILF - In Like Flint (most of you are too young to know what that is but I know XChosen would like the name)

Here's a couple I like-

DFS- Dysfunctional Firing Squad
GWG- Gnomes With Guns
SLB- Shooting Lethal Blanks
SOC- Slightly Off Center

-in that order. In some ways, the first one is an accurate description of our group.
And like most men my age past their prime (theoretically), I do remember ILF.
