You can never have too much precision in your soup.

Well, when I was growing up, my Mom would routinely have me do things like put on a roast for supper when I got home from school (several hours before either of my parents did), and we would cook other things together as well. But all those recipes are down at the other house, along with Mom's Betty Crocker cookbook from around 1958 or so. But I do have a few to share.

But before I share with you my recipies, I will also mention that there are some interesting programs out there which you can use to manage and share recipies with. On Windows, I know there are several, including Master Cook and Meal Master. However, being someone who uses *NIX (Linux, BSD, etc... anything but Windoze!), I know of two for those platforms as well. The first is Gourmet Recipe Manager, and another is Krecipes. Both are Open Source, and support numerous import and export formats, as well as taking the information you input and helping you with things like shopping lists, dietary info, etc.

Now, if you are interested in my recipes, you can find them on my site. I have even provided them in the MealMaster format, and if requested, can provide them in other formats as well. But you will find my working recipe for BBQ pork ribs (which I always use as just a rough guide..see the notes), Meat loaf, Spaghetti Sauce, and a neat recipe for a party dip which resembles cookie doough.

Have fun.
