Holiday Traditions

Well ever since i can remember our big christmas thing was not presents..oh no! It was our stockings! Why the stockings?! Because they are 3 ft. long and almost a foot wide! And we stuff them to the brink and then pile stuff around them! Ill have to post a pic! Anyways what we do the night before is everyone stays at my moms house and we play games and watch 'A Christmas Story' (the best x-mas movie ever!) And have fun! then we decide on a time we all get up, which is usualy 6-7 AM and then we go to bed. We wake up before the set time and wait to go downstars till everyone is there, then we get our stocking and open them together, still in our jammies with coffee in hand and hair a mess!! Then we apoint a 'santa' and let them hand out gifts which we have a balst opening! then theres breakfast and showering and all that fun stuff with x-mas music blaring and all sorts fo fun! the rest of the day we get to play with our gifts! and thats about it....and no im still not done with my shopping...

Holy cow, I'm afraid to drive anywhere near the mall before Christmas. A couple years ago, I realized I forgot something and went to Wal-Mart the Saturday before Christmas. Em would have enjoyed watching me in a stress filled situation...I was about ready to kill somebody and I was only in the parking lot! I hadn't even gotten into the store yet! I'm so glad I'm finished.....
