I was actually just thinking about that. I'll probably go see it tomorrow morning when I have time.

I love the first 3! Altho Harrison was alot younger then....I wonder how good it will be...any thoughts?

In discussions just a minute ago, my wife Becky mentioned that Indy 4 is currently in production, and supposed to be out May 2008! This is from sources such as EW, articles in the paper, etc.

This may be out of date, but... http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0367882//

Saw TMNT today, and, well... <3
The beginning was a little weird. 3000 years in the past, South America, and NYC all within the first 10 minutes. And I didn't like how they went to the trouble of displaying each turtle's name across the screen. Little kids who don't already know the names probably aren't going to pick up on them anyway.

There were some stupid puns sprinkled throughout, but the fight scenes made up for that flaw. The motion of the turtles is extremely convincing and the environments are highly detailed, yet still retain a certain cartoon-ish feel to them.

There were a couple holes in the story, like how April went from a journalist to a South America history buff/cargo delivery representative (?). Naturally they left the back door open for the next TMNT movie, but it's still very unclear of how they plan to bridge the two movies. Also, the climatic fight scene seemed really short and all too "easy." At one point I caught myself over analyzing the story and I came back to the realization that this is a kids movie and spending an extra hour to build up a stronger storyline would probably bore little kids.

Overall I liked the movie and will probably buy it when it comes out to DVD.

Well there is that guy from Fantastic 4 who plays the voice of Casey Jones...

Ooo almost forgot that I saw The Queen a couple weeks ago. Helen Mirren definitely earned that Oscar. Did anyone else see it?

And if you're the type who wants a little bit of action in the mix, stay far away from this movie. A lot of talk, little activity. It deals more with the royal family's role and less to do with the actual Diana crash scene or any sort of confrontation between Charles and Diana.

I think I yelped a little every time a Welsh Corgi appeared on the screen. If I ever get a dog it WILL be a Corgi.

I wouldn't want to see the movie either if he was in it.

I watched 'Children of Men' earlier this week. Not too shabby. It isn't a happy movie. It is a pretty dark movie as well. There is some violence and a parallel to WWII, if you know your history. I won't say what it is, however. Don't wnt to ruin anything. The acting was pretty good and the story line flowed pretty well.

I hope Disney doesn't cheese it up like pirates 2. The addition of Davy Jones and the kraken was... odd.

Saw TMNT today with Avis... on its own, it was pretty good. There were some odd spots, like how the building in the latter half reminded me of Ghostbusters, or April being the way she was this time around instead of a news reporter, but I can deal. Do think that could they have pulled off things like in the first two, it would have been a bit better, but it was still quite good. My rating is "get it on DVD when it comes out".

Oh, and as for the puns... they were not bad... not up to my standard, but.

On the trailer side, saw F4:RSS, and it looked pretty good. But not as good as the new Harry Trailer.... Drool!
