Dumb British Laws

So things are fair on everyone, and becuase there are a couple of us Brits on the server, here are the silly British laws still in effect:

Example:

Liverpool - It is illegal for a woman to be topless in public except as a clerk in a tropical fish store.

York - Excluding Sundays, it is perfectly legal to shoot a Scotsman with a bow and arrow.

Those are pretty funny. You can tell a lot of those are really old laws considering a few have to do with a bow and arrow. I'm surprised I didn't see more laws for doing something to the Irish.

I'm pretty sure it's legal to shoot a Scotsman with a bow and arrow in Scotland too...
Also, it is illegal to serve a drink to someone who is not sober in the U.S. as well it's just not enforced.
