you can add the weapon locker to the Bio-Mech class ,since that class gains tiny bit of exp for ressuplying ammo similar to engineer healing shields.

new engi lvls.

LEVELS.
16- barrels or blocks that explode or kill monsters when they die,<ultima block/barrel> 2 max,, <2 blocks or 2 barrels or 1 of each,>150 timer.

17-spawn all defense -in a line or triangle.assumeing we get 3 later.

18-5 or 10 more blocks, <possibly 5 reflecting blocks>

19- shield blast that does dmg-200 adren.

20-Raptor-no rockets, low health,just enough to use as a esacpe vehicle.

I don't see much point in being able to spawn raptor just to ecsape...that's what your trans is for. U'd spend more time spawning the raptor than u would just transing away. but as for the other ones I like the ideas.

much in favor of the 3 sents in a triangle. If I can get the wall up, I can get 1 sent up before it gets crazy. after that I can't make the new one because I'm too busy getting knocked around so place a 2nd let alone a 3rd. and by the time I get the third up, 2 waves have gone past

Some nice ideas here Mystic. However, the existing points are carefully balanced so that you cannot spawn 2 offensive sentinels. I quite like the exploding barrels concept. I will think about how easily it can be done.

gets a probably not from me. Though I like the concept, the whole idea of the timers is to restrict the rate at which you can build stuff, and building 3 at once gets around that. If I say yes, the next request will be for a wall, 3 defense sents and a turret spawned at once.

No, the medic and shield blasts are non-offensive, and I want them to stay that way. Otherwise medics and engs get even further away from the support role.

Flying vehicles cause all sorts of extra problems on maps for which they were not intentioned. So I don't think Raptors or cicadas will ever be acceptable.

There are maps where titans knock everyone off the map, I suspect raptors will make those maps much easier.

or you could make that sturdy aoe affect like mysitic had the idea for. I'm sure for testing phase szlat could make a magic weapon of whatever modifier he wants. make a sturdy 10 and turn on globe on titan wave and see if you move much or boucn much

IIRC the Sturdy modifier does not scale at all when it comes to the "sturdy" effect - That is, a Sturdy +1 cancels momentum just as well as a Sturdy +1000.

Anyway, the Titan Stomp effect does not respect the Sturdy modifier because of how it is implemented. It could certainly be possible to either change how it works or make it explicitly check if the player was using a Sturdy weapon and adjust accordingly, but could be a tricky problem depending on how many Titan subclasses your server may already be runnng.

maybe make a new skill called

possible names-seat belt-Gravity-or anti bounce.

doesnt totaly stop the bounce effect that titans do,but prevents you from being jolted into the air,

or stop the titan from doing the ground pound all together ,but i think id be easier to code a new skill then to fiddle with a titan

Personally I like the ground pound. I like the occasions when I queue up 3 rockets, step into the doorway to fire and get bounced so the shots hit the top of the door. It keeps the game interesting.
If you really don't want to be bounced, there is an artifact that will do it - called boots of flight. So save up your adrenaline for wave 14 and use the boots. Mmmm, gone off the idea now eh?

since dcmonsters already subclasses the titans, it should be possible to add some sturdy respect code.
@szlat: I understand that the ground pounce makes it interesting, but if sturdy doesn't prevent titan pounce, what is it really good for. I don't recall ever getting pushed around by anything else.

Another way to avoid ground pounce is to get nulled.
(I was playing around with the null warlords once, and made a wave full of them. I could take alot of damage, but found myself stuck in mid-air for a long time)
