RPG Reset

Hi all, I just have a quick question. In running a server is there any way to alter the UT2004RPG setup such that if a player clicks the rest button instead of resetting them to level one it unallocates all their spent points (Basically a free reset so they can re-distribute their stats in another way). I would love to implement this but do not quite know how. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
