So this morning i was awaken by a phone ringing, my friend calls getting me up for school and telling their be here to pick me up in a little while. While im getting ready im waiting for my friend, the lights go out. So i called my mom and told her it looks like the whole block went out. She tells me to just goto school because she knows im looking for an excuse. So we park on the side street near the school. When we get to the corner to cross to the school i see no lights. Excited im already thinking that theirs no lights we dont have to go this is great. Sure enough thier was no lights so not knowing what to do i use my cellphone to see my locker and put my jacket away. The Vice Prin. says goto the caffiteria while some other teachers say to goto the auditorium. So we get to the auditorium and a teacher says just goto the caffiteria so we do and theirs about 100 students in it and the rest up stairs. We sit thier for about 10 minutes and no one says anything about going home. Finally i find my teacher talk to him and find out whats going on. It turns out that we had a transformer blow by city hall and they wanted to see if they could fix it before we went home. After an hour of students making speeches, student rioting an screaming while the teachers try to control us. Two teachers have the whole area to be quite. She Announces "School Has be Canceled today" and walks to the halway while everyone is screaming on top of their lungs and u couldnt hear ur self think that how loud it was. While my friends went through the doors thier i thought hey i have to goto my locker. She was saying "Students must leaving the bulding at once" when it happened I walked out into the hallway and all of the sudden the lights go on.. I look to the kid next to me and he looks at me and us at the teacher and we scream RUNNN!!!! so we running up the stairs and rushing who ever is slow and spereading the word like a wild fire we get outside people are asking us whats going on. We yell THE LIGHTS ARE BACK ONE EVERYONE RUN!!! i must say, i have never see people run so fast and drive away so nicely while that whole area cleared out instantly. We all ran to the cars got in and dropped whoever off at their cars. finally a teacher says that they will mark us absent if we dont get back in. Not caring we get out of their and go have breakfast. We spent a couple hours playing games and talking with friends at someones house.

Unfortunally the people in the auditorium only had one exit to go out, unlike the caffiteria which has about 4, we got out fine, the auditorm was caught and alot were sent to class while some escaped!!! it was byfar the funniest thing that has happened this year so far. While at breakfast we were calling to wonder if everyone we knew got out, alot said theirs alot of people their but thier just sitting in the class because thiers no teacher, then the worst sub in the world walks in and they hang up. Texting everyone were making plans to extract everyone from the building but it would be hard. they refuse and say they dont want the cut slip so we left them thier to have our own fun.

Today i will rember for as long as i could. I just wish u could of seen it, it would be great if i had a camera it was so hailirous!!!
Just remeber this, about 800 students screaming the lights are on again and running away, only about 100 got caught.. It didnt count as an abstence only sweeting our small victory for the day.

*NEWS*
Supposeidly the cops came and blocked off all the blocks and took the students back to school, once inside the students were being chased back to class by janitors after trying to get out, and exit signs were being pulled off the walls an being broken... Teachers fliping out and telling people to come back.. Saying whoever got didnt go would get an absent. But remeber, almost everyone was gone. And we never got a call stating we were absent so lets wait to see what happens on monday... I better not get an absent nor written up.. This should be fun the whole school is going to be protesting it

This is in a peaceful town and a blue ribbon school.. Somthing isnt right then

This is like a small scale rendition of what happens when you get a substitute teacher. I spent my years at high school mastering the 'I'm in the wrong classroom' routine, open doorway dodging worthy of the world's top acrobats, and the ever popular 'haha you got suckered into staying in the classroom doing nothing' silent taunt and monkey dance in front of the people inside while at a dead angle to the sub (complete with ninja vanish when someone tries to snitch and the teacher gets up to look).

Last year we had a bomb threat, and they decided to keep us at school anyway. It was damp out, and we had to sit in the stadium. First, they told us it'd be an hour, then the bomb-sniffing dogs came and they extended it to two hours. My friends and I walked to Dunkin' Donuts, came back, and just decided to go home. I'd say 3/4 of the school went home that day, and it was only because our principal happened to be absent. Had he been there, we wouldn't have been allowed to leave.

Im guessing that was not a coincidence tidu. Whoever made that threat probably knew the principal would not be/ was not there.

my geuss too..

And what nerve my school has.. Marking my absent and not even informing me of that absent.. It is not my fault the cops that had the perimiter 2 blocks around the school didnt get.. Im just that smart. I told all my friends that they should of went to the public library since they were by it anyway and that they werent thinking.. (they were looking for me when school got out because i know the best ways around and im the funniest) so by far it was fun making fun of those poeple that were all stuck in the school
