Is there a list somewhere that tells you how much xp you get for each type of monster? Or is it based on something else, like wave number, or something?

It is based on the total damage you do to a monster.

If someone damage it for, lets say, 99% of his health, then you do the finishing blow on it, you'll only receive a small amount of experience. You will, however, get the adrenaline since you did the finishing blow.

I knew that, but what is the base? Ie. if you kill a warlord all on your own, you would get x exp points. What is x?
