Yes. My parents live in Carlsbad, CA. It's a town full of rich stupid people who have no idea how to drive their ridiculously expensive luxury SUV's. One of these days I'm going to carry a carton of eggs in my car to egg the Lexus LX driving moron trying to park their vehicle in a compact parking space that is clearly too small for them to fit.

After witnessing a friend's 3 year old Sentra stall in intersections and being uncooperative overall is reason enough for me to stay away from Nissan.

Let's hope Nissan doesn't pull a Mitsubishi and starts to show interest in the electronics market.

Last night is stopped snowing for a little bit, we are forcast for another 6 inches by tommorow morning.

That will give us an overall acumulation of over 4 feet.

I wish I could still do stuff like ski and snowboard. A little sleading is about all I get to anymore...(started skiing at the age of 5 and my knees don't like it as much as they used to).

OK... All this talk about snow, and how cold it is, etc. has me fit to be tied. Firstly, because my best friend lives in SW Missouri, they have been having freezing rain and such, and if I do not hear from her this evening, I will be on the ceiling out of worry. Give it a day or so more, and I would be on roof and would almost be in the van, if I knew I would not be stirring up lots of grief and knew I could get through. But with that said... you want to talk about snow... try this, which is a pic of a friend of mine, Ethan (I have known him for probably 20 years now)...

No, you are not seeing things... that is the South Pole!!!, and yes, he is standing there wearing not much more than his swimming trunks. This is a pic of him for one of his http://www.penguincentral.com/300Club.html runs, where they run from a nice warm sauna, out, around the pole and back inside. Of course, most of the time he is more reasonable, such as in this pic:

What to see more of my friend's homepage and his um-hm... adventures... you can find it at http://www.penguincentral.com/penguincentral.html

And last I knew, he was still down at Amundsen-Scott Station. But then again, he may be back up North... hard to say with him.

Now how is that for serious snow, ice and cold!!!

Actually....I was thinking about it. Depends on how far the pole is from the hot tub. Want to join Pyro and me? We can have the DC Women 300 Club.
