The wife and I have been trying for about a year to have another baby, and we found out not too long ago that we are expecting our second child.

Hoorah!

My son says he wants a sister. My wife thinks it's a boy. I think it's a girl. We will see in another month and a half.....

At what stage are u referring to? All babies are made girls so technically you and your son are right at the beginning but only time will tell whether ur wife is correct

Wife and I went to the doc for the ultrasound today and.......................................


it's a boy!

My son wanted a sister, but he quickly got excited about having a little brother to play with.

Doc said everything looked great on the ultrasound and baby is looking good.

Her due date is Nov. 10, but they may move it up a couple days because the doc said the baby's growth is about a week ahead of schedule.

We've been kicking around some names. I thought naming one kid was tough, let alone thinking of another boy's name. We had all kinds of girls names picked out. So, I like: Wesley, Preston, Reed, Reece, Avery, Cameron. She likes: Logan, Donovan, Reece, Jacob, Jackson. His middle name will definitely be Nicholas, after her father who passed away two years ago.

I'm sure we will go back and forth on the name thing, but we've got a while yet. It was pretty funny at the ultrasound, we had a great look at his face and he yawned twice. Very cute.
