The changes are listed in this thread.

In brief:
  • SubClasses still limited to players level 200+, or Admins
  • Lots of balancing changes for the subclasses.
  • New class General added. A jack of all trades class, with a bit of each of the four other classes. Can do lots, but not very well
  • Display of each weapon's proficiency for the skilled weapons
  • New artifacts for the AM - chain lightning and fireball
  • Extreme Medics now get poison blast and a remote booster artifact
  • There is a very rare +1 artifact. Looks like an orange-red mini assault rifle. Adds +1 to your weapon if it can take it. This is an experiment
  • Ion Tanks and Ion Cannons
  • Timers shown per artifact for AMs
  • Hybrids have more options for buying awareness skills
  • Eject command added
  • Turret linking changed so not so beneficial

    		So Is it official subclasses only for lvls 200+ ??? I thought they were for that lv range for beta purposes.

    You have to keybind the word Eject
